BLACKPINK is yet to make a comeback after “BORN PINK”, but a new MV is coming out.
BLACKPINK’s MV for “THE GIRLS”, the official soundtrack for “BLACKPINK: THE GAME,” has been confirmed to be dropped after almost a year since the release of their album “BORN PINK”, out in September 2022.
The official Twitter account of “BLACKPINK: THE GAME” announced that “THE GIRLS” will be officially launched through the gaming platform BPTG gaming on August 23.
Even though “THE GIRLS” is not an official comeback song, it has still generated high anticipation among fans, as it marks BLACKPINK’s first song release in nearly a year since “BORN PINK.”
The MV release for “THE GIRLS” was initially scheduled for May 19 but had been continuously postponed until now, with the official date set on August 23.
However, BPTG has not mentioned any plans to release “THE GIRLS” on digital music platforms.
