BLACKPINK Members Go Online on Weibo After Lisa’s Account Disappeared?

BLACKPINK’s Lisa is rumored to be blacklisted in China

BLACKPINK Lisa’s and her fanbase LalisaHouse’s Weibo accounts recently disappeared. They were made inaccessible due to violations of regulations. This is the aftermath of Lisa’s controversial performance at the Crazy Horse cabaret in Paris, France. Jenny Zhang and Angelababy, who attended the show, are also facing severe consequences.

After Lisa’s account was found to have been varnished, Chinese netizens discovered that the Weibo accounts of BLACKPINK members, including Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, and YG’s official Weibo account, all went online simultaneously.

The timing has sparked various speculations. Some believe that BLACKPINK members were shocked by the news and quickly logged into Weibo to check on Lisa’s account. Other comments suggest that these accounts went online to see if they would also be inaccessible, as the other three BLACKPINK members had also shown support for Lisa’s Crazy Horse show. Some assert that these accounts’ online status is likely due to YG staff accessing them and may not necessarily be directly related to BLACKPINK members.
