BLACKPINK Jisoo’s “ME” becomes the fastest album of a Korean female soloist to surpass 200 million Spotify streams 

The solo debut single album “ME” by BLACKPINK member Jisoo has gained over 200 million streams on Spotify.

On May 28th, Jisoo’s first single album “ME” surpassed 200 million streams on the global music streaming app Spotify.

Featuring the hit song “FLOWER”, “ME” became the fastest album by a Korean female solo artist to reach 200 million streams within 57 days. Previously, it also broke the record for the fastest album by a Korean female solo artist to reach 100 million streams on Spotify in just 20 days.

In physical sales, this album also achieved remarkable results. A total of 1,172,351 copies of this album were sold in the first week (from March 31st to April 6th), breaking the highest first-week sales record for K-pop female solo singers. It also helps Jisoo receive the ‘million seller’ title.
