BLACKPINK Jennie appeared at the airport right after face injury
Jennie of BLACKPINK, who recently had a face injury, was spotted at Incheon International Airport, drawing attention.
On the afternoon of March 3rd, BLACKPINK Jennie appeared at Incheon International Airport. The female idol reportedly departed for Malaysia to attend a stop of the BORN PINK World Tour.
At the airport, Jennie showed off her comfortable fashion by wearing a sweatshirt and a large pair of sunglasses that covered half of her face. As it turns out, Jennie recently fell while exercising and got a cut on her face, so the glasses seem to be for covering the injury.
Jennie did not wear any visible bandage or mask, perhaps in concern that fans would be surprised by her sudden facial injury. On the same day, Jennie reassured fans by first leaving a message on the fan community Weverse.
In particular, the BLACKPINK member explained the situation and promised she will get well soon. She also told fans not to worry and revealed she’s receiving constant treatment.
Meanwhile, BLACKPINK, to which Jennie is a member, is conducting the biggest world tour of a Kpop girl group. They are also scheduled to perform as headliners at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in the US in April and at the Hyde Park British Summertime Festival in the UK in July.
