“Big Mouth” breaks into two-digit ratings and surpasses it personal highest with episode 6 

“Big Mouth” reached double digits in ratings for the first time after 6 episodes. 

According to Nielsen Korea on August 14th, episode 6 of MBC’s Friday-Saturday drama “Big Mouth”, which aired on August 13th, recorded an average nationwide rating of 10.8%, breaking into a new all-time high since its premiere. 

Big Mouth”, which was first aired on July 29th, was off to a nationwide rating of 6.2%. After that, the ratings saw a steady rise as episode 3 recorded 7.6%, episode 4 recorded 8.6%, and episode 5 rose to 9.8%, drawing an explosive response.

After each episode, positive reviews surfaced on various social media platforms and online communities. Netizens are showing enthusiastic reactions to episode 6 such as “It’s really fun”, “It’s already my favorite drama”, “Lee Jong Suk’s acting is so good”, and “Why isn’t tomorrow Friday?”

In episode 6, Park Chang Ho (Lee Jong Suk) and Go Mi Ho (Yoona) started working together to catch the unpublished paper of Seo Jae Young and the real “Big Mouse”.

“Big Mouth” follows Park Chang Ho, a third-rate lawyer with a 10% winning rate. He suddenly gets caught up in a murder case and becomes the rare genius con artist Big Mouse overnight. He then digs into the true face of a privileged class stained with a huge conspiracy to survive and protect his family.
