On July 7th, K.Will released the music video making film for the title song “No Sad Song For My Broken Heart (Prod. Yoon Sang)” from his 7th mini album “All The Way”.
The making video includes behind-the-scenes footage of the MV filming and interviews with the two main characters, actors Seo In-guk and Ahn Jae-hyun. K.Will greeted, “After the huge success of ‘Please Don’t…’ music video which featured these two gentlemen, I invited them once again to film ‘No Sad Song For My Broken Heart’ for another legacy.”
Giving a spoiler for the music video, Seo In-guk said, “First of all, it’s continued from the first MV ‘Please Don’t…’. It’s been a few years after that, They went about their lives and ran into each other”, stimulating fans’ curiosity by suggesting them watch the MV by themselves. Regarding the song, he said, “It really did something to my heart. I get this strong emotion about an old song. I felt that about this song”.
As they already worked together in the previous music video, Seo In-guk and Ahn Jae-hyun completed the MV filming passionately. They discussed details of their emotional lines so that they could create connections to the characters in the previous MV. Ahn Jae-hyun shared, “In-guk was very well-prepared for this music video. There is a lot of homage to the scene of the preceding narrative. He added lots of elements such as the gestures that showed the character’s personality. I think it’ll be fun to pay attention to those points”.
When asked about their intention to continue starring in the third MV, Seo In-guk said, “You’ll understand what I’m saying once you watch it, but I’m not sure what the third music video should be about. I think the story will be super complicated”. Ahn Jae-hyun added, “We shouldn’t be talking about this.” Hearing that, K.Will commented, “I hope this goes viral on YouTube. I think people will have to watch the music video once they watch this”, expressing his desire to produce the third MV.
Lastly, Seo In-guk showed his respect for K.Will, saying “I’ve been a huge fan of K.Will ever since I was a kid. I was excited when I heard about his new album. I hope you enjoy this song.” Ahn Jae-hyun confessed, “Together with the previous music video, the story will be an unforgettable moment for you. You can take my word for it”. K.Will ended the interview by saying, “We had an incredible time here today. They gladly accepted this interview despite their busy schedules. It really was an interesting project”.
“No Sad Song For My Broken Heart” gained a lot of interest from global fans as it even rose to No.1 on YouTube Trending Music Video Worldwide and exceeded 4.81 million views after two weeks of release.
Meanwhile, K.Will will hold a fanmeeting at Marry Hall Grand Theater of Sogang University on August 17th.
