An actor in “All of Us Are Dead” whose mother shed tears when she knew about his part-time jobs through an article

Actor Im Jae-hyuk revealed that his mother shed tears when she read about his part-time jobs through an article.

The March 16th broadcast of tvN’s “You Quiz on the Block” featured actor Im Jae-hyuk, who played Yang Dae-su in Netflix’s original series “All of Us Are Dead“.

On this day, Im Jae-hyuk talked about the change in his fame by saying that the number of Instagram followers had increased to 680,000 since his appearance in “All of Us Are Dead” (as of “You Quiz on the Block” filming date). However, he drew attention by revealing that he was still working hard on his part-time jobs.

Im Jae-hyuk said, “I worked as a driver for hire until 4 days ago. I’m doing the part-time job of moving furniture 2 or 3 times a week from 7 AM to 10:30 AM.”

Upon hearing this, Yoo Jae-suk and Jo Se-ho asked, “If you already have this much (after ‘All of Us Are Dead’), can’t you take a break?”

Im Jae-hyuk explained, “There is nothing special about my account. I spend 900,000 won to 1 million won regularly for monthly rent and living expenses, but I’m only working that much.”

Im Jae-hyuk also revealed that there have been no part-time jobs he has not done in the past, such as fish shop, butcher shop, serving, mart…

When asked about easy part-time jobs and hard part-time jobs, he answered, “The easiest thing is assistant manager and the most difficult one is chauffeur service.”

Im Jae-hyuk‘s mother is said to have learned through an article that her son was doing such hard part-time jobs.

Im Jae-hyuk confessed, “My mother called me the night the article was published and cried. She said, ‘I thought you were making good money and doing well. Have you been living like that?’ She got really upset.”

He added, “When I joined the military, I wanted to do it once without my parents’ support. My parents told me to tell them if I was having a hard time, but I said I had money. I didn’t want to upset my parents.”
