It was reported that Netflix’s original drama “The Glory” starring Song Hye Kyo is considering not conducting interviews with the main actors.
On Dec 28th, Sports Seoul reported, “Netflix is considering conducting interviews with the main actors after the release of Part 2 as ‘The Glory’ will be released separately in Part 1 and 2. Accordingly, there is speculation that broadcast officials were concerned that questions related to the romantic relationship of Song Hye Kyo’s ex-husband Song Joong Ki might appear.“
“The Glory” starring Song Hye Kyo is scheduled to be released on Dec 30th as a 16-episode series. However, only Part 1 (Episodes 1~8) will be released on Dec 30th, while Part 2 (Episodes 9~16) will be released in March 2023.
Song Hye Kyo’s comeback “The Glory” tells the story of a woman who puts an elaborate revenge scheme in motion to make the perpetrators pay for their crimes years after surviving horrific abuse in high school.
Aside from Song Hye Kyo, actors Lim Ji Yeon, Lee Do Hyun, Yeom Hye Ran and Park Sung Hoon will appear in “The Glory”. Dreaming to become an architect, yet Moon Dong Eun (Song Hye Kyo) had to give up on her dream due to severe school bullying, and a plan for revenge was brimming inside her. Lim Ji Yeon transforms into Moon Dong Eun’s nemesis Park Yeon Jin, who used to be a school bully and Moon Dong Eun’s main tormentor.
Lee Do Hyun plays the role of Ju Yeo Jeong, who develops a close relationship with Moon Dong Eun and assists her in her vengeance. Yeom Hye Ran takes on the role of Kang Hyeon Nam, who conspires for revenge with Moon Dong Eun. Park Sung Hoon plays Jeon Jae Joon, the perpetrator who destroyed Moon Dong Eun’s life along with Park Yeon Jin.
