“Better Things” is a new song released by aespa after 3 months since the 3rd mini album “MY WORLD” released on May 8th. It is a minimal uptempo dance song that harmonizes rhythmical percussion sounds and unique rhythm patterns. Foreign composers Leroy Clampitt and Rachel Keen jointly wrote and composed the song.

Karina, Ningning, Giselle and Winter completed a refreshing song that is good to listen to in the summer with their signature charming tones. Through the lyrics “That I – I got better things to do with my time/Better things to do with my time/Do with my time than you/Oh I got better things to do with my time/Better things to do with my time/Do with my time/Break it down”, they delivered a positive message to focus the given time on more valuable things.

The music video was filled with 4 aespa members’ different charms. The mysterious aqua world suitable for the mood of the song was embodied realistically. aespa presented the adventurous journey with splendid visual beauty.

With the 3rd mini album “MY WORLD” released last May, aespa achieved remarkable results, such as becoming Kpop girl group with highest first-day album sales in Hanteo history (1,372,929 copies), becoming Kpop girl group with highest first-week album sales (1,698,784 copies) and becoming a double million seller after selling 2.01 million copies. The title track “Spicy” topped the daily and weekly charts of major domestic and foreign music sites such as Melon, Genie and Bugs. aespa also won four No.1 trophies on music shows.

After successfully completing album activities, aespa is continuing their large-scale world tour. “aespa LIVE TOUR 2023 ‘SYNK : HYPER LINE’ in JAPAN -Special Edition-” was held at Tokyo Dome, Japan on August 5th and 6th, helping aespa become fastest overseas artist to hold Tokyo Dome concert (2 years and 9 months, 94,000 spectators).
