aespa confirmed to leave for the U.S to join Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parades

The rising KPOP group aespa is heading to the U.S.

It has been confirmed that aespa will arrive at Incheon International Airport to leave for New York, the U.S, at 11 A.M on November 21st. aespa is scheduled to attend the Thanksgiving Festival “Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade” in New York on November 25th. aespa will be the first KPOP girl group to join this event. “Macy‘s Thanksgiving Day Parade” marks its 95th anniversary this year and is the largest Thanksgiving event hosted by the famous U.S department store chain Macy’s.

Earlier, on November 1st, the organizer announced their performer lineup for the festival on their official website and introduced aespa as “The most amazing KPOP rookie girl group consisting of 4 members: Karina, Winter, Giselle and Ningning.”

While aespa’s presence in the KPOP industry is rising, they are expected to raise their reputation in the U.S market. As this is the first time the girl group departures for an overseas schedule, this will be a meaningful opportunity to aespa.

Apart from aespa, world-class stars such as Darren Criss and Jon Batiste will also attend this event and make it a spectacular parade. The U.S broadcaster NBC will air this event live on their official site.
