Actor Yeo Jin-goo selected as the new model for Homeplus alongside BLACKPINK Rosé

Yeo Jin-goo and BLACKPINK Rosé become new models for Homeplus.

According to the announcement of Janus Entertainment, Yeo Jin-goo’s agency, on February 14th, Yeo Jin-goo has been chosen to become the model for Homeplus’s 25th-anniversary campaign. 

Loved as a representative young actor who has both outstanding acting skill and popularity, Yeo Jin-goo has become the new face modeling for the leading retail company Homeplus.

Homeplus is carrying out the “Fresh thoughts at the age of 25” campaign to celebrate the 25th anniversary of its foundation with Yeo Jin-goo and BLACKPINK Rosé, who are at the same age, as their models.

Through this campaign, Homeplus plans to continue its 25 years of online and offline distribution and imprint itself as a large supermarket chain that is loved by more customers by adding “fresh” ideas optimized for customer trends that are rapidly changing.

The actor proves his position as a “master in online and offline shopping” by expressing “the taste of products”, such as Gangwon-do Korean beef and Wando abalone enjoyed at home with a trendy sense and unique know-how.

Head of the Brand Division Jo Do-yeon said, “Yeo Jin-goo and Rosé suit our image of pursuing freshness and leading the trend, so they were selected as models”, adding, “To mark the 25th anniversary of the company’s foundation, we will strengthen the power of our brand by providing the customers a “fresh experience” from the perspective of 25-year-old people”.

Brand campaign videos will be available on TV, our official Youtube channel, and online portal sites from February 17th.

Meanwhile, Yeo Jin-goo has established himself as an unrivaled actor with consecutive hit dramas, such as tvN’s “Hotel Del Luna”, “The Crowned Clown”, and JTBC’s “Beyond Evil”, which helped him won 3 awards at the Baeksang Arts Awards last year. Yeo Jin-goo will transform into Eun Gye-hoon, a luxury restaurant’s chef, in tvN’s new drama “Link: Eat, Love, Die”, which is scheduled to air in the first half of this year.
