On September 5th, famous actor So Ji Sub opened his official Instagram account. His handle, “soganzi_51”, is a combination of his self-founded agency, 51K, and his nickname “So Ganzi” (with “ganzi” meaning cool).
So Ji Sub’s first post on “soganzi_51” has attracted attention, as it contains a photo from a past pictorial of the actor, along with the caption, “This was the beginning… #Storm”.
It is known that So Ji Sub made his debut in the entertainment industry in 1995, as a model for the jeans brand “292513=STORM”. Therefore, the actor’s first Instagram post, where he showed an eye-catching fresh smile, is a throwback to the beginning of his career.
Seeing So Ji Sub open his Instagram account, fans of the actors grew extremely excited, and wrote enthusiastic responses such as “Finally”, “I’ve been waiting”, “I missed you”, and “Such a memory”.
Meanwhile, So Ji Sub married Jo Eun Jung, a former news announcer who is 17 years younger than him, in 2020.
