Ever since his debut, SHINee’s Minho has been famous for how good-looking he is. He gives others no reason not to fall in love with him, from his tall height of over 180cm, his flawlessly handsome face, his nice voice, and his competitive nature and professional-like athleticism, especially in soccer.
In 2017, when Minho attended the campaign launching event “Girls Play 2!” at the US ambassador’s residence with the presence of Melania Trump, the US former first lady, a video of him standing next to her went viral. The reason was the difference in reaction of the Korean teenage girls to Melania Trump and Minho.
While the girls were calm when they were around Melania Trump, once they noticed Minho standing next to her, they immediately started screaming. Thanks to Minho, laughter sparked at the event.
In April of last year, Minho appeared in TV Chosun’s “Huh Young Man’s Food Travel”. He visited a restaurant in Chuncheon with Huh Young Man.
While trying to explain the menu, the restaurant owner saw Minho’s face for a moment and suddenly forgot what to say. She asked Minho as if she was scolding him for being distractingly handsome, “Why are you so handsome that you leave me speechless?!”
She continued, “My God. I’ve never seen such a handsome person before. I should thank my mother and father,” making everyone laugh.
Last year, Minho made a special appearance in tvN’s drama “Yumi’s Cells”. He played a heart-fluttering and handsome junior at Yumi’s company, whom she has a crush on. Minho recently finished filming for Netflix’s original series “The Fabulous” that is set to come out later this year.
