A composer who visited a neighbor’s house to protest noise between floors with a weapon was arrested.

According to MBN’s exclusive report on Feb 3rd, the Seoul Mapo Police Station arrested a man in his 30s on charges of special intimidation.

At around 1 AM on Feb 2nd, neighbor B, who lives downstairs from A, visited A to protest when he heard the sound of music from A’s house. After a while, A chased down with a weapon, rang the doorbell of B’s house, cursed and threatened B.

According to the report, A told the police, “There was a time when I went to the front door with a knife to cut fruit, but I never went to B’s house with a knife.” However, the police arrested A in the act as there were suspicions of crime, such as B’s discovery of a specific weapon at A’s house.

A is a famous composer who composed OSTs for various movies and dramas. The police plan to book A without detention and investigate the exact details of the incident.
