A BLACKPINK-themed special plane has been unveiled to promote the hosting of the World EXPO at Busan.
Korean Air’s Boeing 777-300ER special plane, which features an image of the YG girl group BLACKPINK, flies around the world to promote the World EXPO 2030 BUSAN.
Prime Minister Han Duck Soo, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Hanjin Group and Korean Air Cho Won Tae, and Busan Expo co-chairman Choi Tae Woo attended the event.
Prime Minister Han said that, while competition among countries is getting fiercer, Busan’s competitiveness is overwhelming, and that Korean Air’s special plane will show the competitiveness of K-content and South Korea, which are taking a more central place in the world.
