A 22-year-old Canadian actor died after receiving 12 plastic surgeries to look like BTS Jimin 

Canadian actor Saint Von Colucci passed away after the prosthesis inserted in his jaw area was infected with bacteria. 

According to TMZ, on April 24th (local time), Canadian actor Saint Von Colucci died at a hospital in Korea one day before the news was released. He was 22 years old.

Earlier, Colucci reportedly underwent 12 cosmetic procedures, including jaw implants, a nose job, a facelift, lip reduction, an eyebrow lift, and an eye lift, to name a few. His aim was to look like BTS Jimin. The surgery alone cost $220,000. Specifically, Colucci underwent jaw surgery to change its shape to a “V” shape. He was aware of the risk. 

According to Colucci’s publicist, after the surgery, the late actor felt an abnormality in his jaw in November last year. The jaw area where the implant was inserted was infected with bacteria. Colucci visited a hospital in Korea on April 22nd and underwent surgery, but could not make it. It is not known what kind of surgery Colucci underwent in Korea.

Colucci was born in Quebec, Canada. After Having worked as an actor in Canada, he moved to Korea about three years ago. His publicist said that Colucci went to Korea to enter the music industry in 2019 and was not confident about his face and appearance. The publicist revealed that, “It was very hard from [Colucci] to get a job in South Korea and he felt very discriminated against his Western looks.’

The Korean drama “Pretty Lies” (Cogimar in Korean) starring Colucci is scheduled to air on major U.S. streaming platforms later this year.
