Chinese actress Zhou Ye is drawing massive online attention after paparazzi footage allegedly showing her intimate moments with a rumored boyfriend triggered heated discussions across social media.
The actress, often nicknamed “Little Zhang Ziyi” because of her visual resemblance and rising star image, was recently photographed multiple times by Chinese entertainment paparazzo Liu Dachui.
According to reports, Zhou Ye was allegedly seen meeting a man after work schedules before hugging and passionately kissing him in public. The paparazzi further claimed she was seen placing her hand inside the man’s shirt during the interaction.
Chinese netizens later speculated that the rumored boyfriend could be actor Zhou Haoqi based on his body shape and appearance.
The controversy quickly escalated online because the actress has not publicly responded to the dating rumors.

According to online rumors, Zhou Ye was originally expected to receive top billing as the female lead after allegedly replacing Tian Xiwei for the role.
However, after the dating controversy gained traction, Chinese netizens claimed her billing position was quietly downgraded from first-billed lead actress to second billing, while actor Hu Xianxu reportedly became the project’s top-billed star.
Neither the production team nor Zhou Ye’s agency has officially confirmed whether any billing changes actually occurred.
