Jay Park and boy group LNGSHOT are receiving criticism online after uploading an AI-modified concert photo to their official social media accounts.
The controversy began after Jay Park and LNGSHOT, who recently formed the hip hop collective 4ShoBoiz, performed at an event in Busan. Following the concert, the artists uploaded a commemorative group photo featuring the performers standing in front of the audience.

However, netizens quickly noticed that the original image was later followed by an AI-generated version that appeared to significantly increase the size of the crowd behind them.
In the caption, the artists openly acknowledged that the edited version had been created using AI and seemed to joke about the altered image. Despite the disclaimer, the post immediately sparked heated reactions across social media platforms and online communities.

Many internet users criticized the move, arguing that artificially enlarging the audience turnout made the artists appear insecure or overly concerned with public image. Some commenters described the post as “desperate” and “embarrassing,” while others questioned why official celebrity accounts would share manipulated concert photos in the first place.
The discussion has since spread widely online, with fans and netizens debating whether the post was simply harmless humor or an unnecessary attempt to exaggerate popularity.
