According to HK01, TVB star Moses Chan has recently rented out his luxury apartment in Beverly Hills, Tai Po for HKD 55,000 per month, maintaining a stable rental yield of around 2%.
Located on Lakeview Road, the property has a usable area of approximately 222 square meters and features a spacious layout with five bedrooms. Chan originally purchased the unit in 2013 for HKD 33.6 million.
The Beverly Hills Villas in Tai Po is known as a hotspot for celebrities. Many well-known figures reportedly either rent or own properties there, including actors like Chilam Cheung and Anita Yuen, as well as actress Tavia Yeung. The area has gradually become a private residential enclave for Hong Kong’s entertainment elite.

With his strong income, Moses Chan is also said to be renting a luxury residence in Mid-Levels on Old Peak Road for around HKD 160,000 per month.
He reportedly moved there to provide better educational opportunities for his children, as the area is close to prestigious schools such as St. Joseph’s Primary School and international schools in Hong Kong.
