SM Entertainment is under fire after netizens noticed what they claim to be manipulated images in promotional photos from EXO Suho’s recent overseas concert. According to a viral post on South Korean forum TheQoo, SM allegedly edited the concert images by duplicating audience sections to make the venue appear more crowded.

The claim centers around a comparison of the second and third-floor seating areas, where commenters noted identical light patterns and audience formations, suggesting the third-floor crowd was digitally copied from the second. The original post quickly drew attention, sparking both amusement and criticism.
“This editing belongs in the humor category,” one user wrote, pointing out the noticeable repetition. Another added, “SM seriously doesn’t know how to edit.”
However, the reaction has been mixed. Some fans believe the photo was sourced from anti-fan Twitter accounts targeting Suho, cautioning against taking the claims at face value. One netizen responded, “I’m not sure what the issue is here. It’s not like they claimed the concert was sold out. It’s probably just a commemorative photo.”

Others questioned SM’s intentions. “Why even bother editing empty seats?” one comment read. “Just leave them out—it’s less embarrassing than getting caught doing this.”
As of now, SM Entertainment has not made an official statement regarding the allegations. Suho’s concert is part of his solo international tour, and while attendance numbers have not been publicly confirmed, the photo editing debate has reignited discussions about image control and media tactics in K-pop.
