park si hoo family scandal

In an exclusive interview, influencer A has come forward with serious allegations against actor Park Si Hoo, claiming that he played a major role in destroying her family. According to A, Park Si Hoo introduced women to her ex-husband B, leading to the collapse of their marriage. A disclosed private messages and details on social media in August this year, causing significant public attention.

Park Si Hoo‘s team quickly responded, labeling the claims as “one-sided and false.” B, the ex-husband, also denied the allegations, stating he had never been introduced to any women by Park and describing their relationship as simply that of hometown acquaintances.

B, a former head of the Korean Association in Thailand and a self-made businessman in the tourism industry, claimed he and A had already been divorced for six years. He alleged that A broke into his house during his absence and took his phone without permission, from which she retrieved the messages.

Despite this, A continues to assert that she is the victim and that everything she posted is based on “clear and undeniable facts.” She also claimed that B and Park Si Hoo are using their wealth and influence to pressure her while her voice remains unheard.

At her legal representative’s office in Seocho-gu, Seoul, A explained why she refuses to retract her claims. Attorney Shin Dong Woo from the law firm Daeon revealed that multiple lawsuits are currently ongoing. B has filed criminal charges against A for theft, violation of the Personal Information Protection Act, and defamation. Park Si Hoo’s side also filed a defamation complaint.

However, as of November 27, only the defamation charge by B has been forwarded to the prosecution. The personal information violation was dismissed. Contrary to media reports, Park’s defamation case had not yet been sent to prosecutors.

On the civil side, B filed a request to delete A’s social media posts, while A initiated lawsuits seeking a change in child custody and claiming unpaid alimony. According to Attorney Shin, B promised ₩1 billion (~$770,000) in alimony during their 2018 divorce but has not fulfilled the payment. A is also seeking custody of their two children.

A clarified that her motives were not financial. “The money I demand is what I was already promised or what B personally borrowed ₩210 million (approx. $160,000). I’m being called a thief when I’m actually the one owed,” she said.

Her core motivation, she claimed, is concern for her children, especially her eldest who shows signs of autism. She initially agreed to let B have custody due to his financial stability, believing it would provide a better environment. Even post-divorce, she lived with B for about three years, continuing to raise the children.

The turning point came after she moved out in 2021. A said B refused her visitation rights, and she saw her children only around ten times in five years. Eventually, she discovered her child with untreated wounds, prompting her to confront B and take his phone, hoping to reach him.

Through the phone, she uncovered messages allegedly proving the close relationship between B and Park Si Hoo. According to A, Park and B became close around 2019, and Park frequently visited their home in 2020. Initially, she welcomed Park‘s bond with her children, but B began neglecting the family more.

She said that even after their divorce, B remembered their anniversary and their relationship remained amicable. But after Park’s involvement, things deteriorated. In 2021, after a major fight, B asked her to move out.

A was later told by another influencer that B and Park hosted private parties with women in rented party rooms. She expressed disgust at Park’s alleged behavior, especially his affectionate comments toward her daughter.

The final trigger, A said, was finding evidence in the phone that B was financially supporting another woman with an apartment and living expenses something he never did during their marriage. She also claimed Park and B exchanged photos and bank details of female influencers and TikTokers, raising suspicions of inappropriate activity.

“B wasn’t perfect before, but he became worse after getting close to Park Si Hoo. He was never this absent or indulgent,” she said. While she admits their marriage had issues before Park’s influence, she believes he bears 70% of the blame for its destruction.

What does she want now? Simply an acknowledgment of the truth.

“We have recordings and testimony that B and Park Si Hoo partied with women. This isn’t fiction. I don’t expect a public apology, but I do want them to admit what they did. If I’m punished for theft or defamation, I’ll accept it. But they should also take responsibility for their actions,” A concluded.

Law firm Daeon confirmed it would actively defend A in all legal proceedings. Attorney Shin stated, “The post in question is not based on falsehoods but on actual events. A’s statement that Park Si Hoo introduced women to her ex-husband is not a lie.”

He further criticized the misuse of celebrity power to suppress ordinary individuals through legal means, expressing concern over how fame and influence can distort justice.
