During a press conference held on October 15 at CGV Yongsan I’Park Mall in Seoul, Ejae discussed her musical aspirations and admiration for leading K-pop artists. “I would really love to work with aespa, both in composition and performance. I think our styles would go well together,” she said. “I also love BTS — it would be an honor. Jungkook sings so well, so I think it would be really fun to collaborate. There are so many amazing artists I’d like to work with.”
Ejae, the granddaughter of veteran actor Shin Young-kyun and a former SM Entertainment trainee, gained international attention after creating and performing “Golden,” the OST for Netflix’s animated blockbuster KPop Demon Hunters. Her powerful vocals and dynamic songwriting helped define the emotional depth and energy of the film’s soundtrack.
