Actor Kim Ji-seok’s offhand exclamation during a YouTube vlog in February is now being viewed in a whole new light, as fans revisit the moment for what it may have accidentally revealed—a subtle confirmation of his romance with actress Lee Joo-myung.
In the clip from his personal YouTube channel “Gem Inside” , Kim Ji-seok casually glanced at his phone while on set for the drama “Let’s Get Divorced”, only to show visible frustration. The interaction sparked laughter among his staff and the director, but what truly caught viewers’ attention was the ring on his left ring finger —a detail now interpreted as a couple ring matching the one spotted on Lee Joo-myung.
This sweet accessory isn’t their only romantic giveaway. Kim Ji-seok and Lee Joo-myung, who publicly confirmed their relationship in August last year, have been subtly sharing glimpses of their love. From Hawaii vacation snaps posted nearly simultaneously to playful interactions on camera, the 12-year age-gap couple continues to capture hearts.
In another recent YouTube segment, Kim Ji-seok served as a one-day babysitter at a kids café, only to be hilariously flustered when a child innocently asked, “Do you have a girlfriend?” His nervous laughter and retorts—“Did your mom tell you to ask that?”—only fueled fan excitement.
The pair’s chemistry was on full display during a Hawaii getaway, where they were photographed linking arms and enjoying each other’s company freely. They later posted matching photos from the trip on their social media accounts, further fueling their “lovestagram” reputation.
Kim Ji-seok, who debuted in 2001 with the dance group R.E.O, transitioned into acting with hits like “Chuno”, “Another Miss Oh”, and “When the Camellia Blooms”.
