On October 1, G-Dragon’s sister and fashion designer Kwon Dami shared photos on her personal account of her son’s daily life at daycare. In the images, the child is seen dancing enthusiastically with friends to music. Sporting sunglasses and brimming with energy, his stage-like presence instantly reminded many of G-Dragon himself.
Watching her son’s moves, Kwon Dami joked, “From yesterday to today, what should I do with these dancing machines? I bet he even asked the teacher to play his uncle’s song ‘Crooked.’”
Back in May, Kwon Dami attended her brother’s solo concert in Japan with her husband Kim Min-joon and their son. At the time, she shared a video of her son’s excitement, writing, “He wouldn’t even go to the bathroom. He stayed in his seat the whole time. Totally thrilled.”
In June, she once again showed her strong family bond by posting a carefully prepared meal for her brother, cheering him on for the rest of his tour with the words: “I cooked today for my little brother. Love you! Fighting!”
Meanwhile, G-Dragon himself recently appeared on Hana Bank’s official channel HanaTV on September 30. When asked about his “genius producer” label, he humbly replied, “I don’t think I’m a genius. I think people just see me that way in a good light.” When Kang Ho-dong playfully asked if he liked the nickname, G-Dragon joked, “I guess it’s better to go with ‘genius’ than ‘fool.’”
Kwon Dami married actor Kim Min-joon in 2019 and welcomed her son in 2022, making G-Dragon a proud uncle.
