On September 18, Lee Byung Hun shared a black-and-white video on his social media, filmed during his recent trip to Venice, Italy. The clip showed him striking poses against the city’s scenic backdrops, drawing admiration from fans.
Amid the compliments, Lee Min Jung jumped in with a witty comment: “You look like an Italian man… but I still want to blur you, lol.” Her cheeky remark had fans laughing, as it echoed her earlier antics.
Previously, on her YouTube channel “Lee Min Jung MJ”, the actress had promised not to reveal her husband’s face unless the channel surpassed 500,000 subscribers. Even when Lee appeared alongside the “No Other Choice” team, she kept her word by blurring his face for the entire 42-minute video.
In that episode, Lee Min Jung teased, “Why did you dress up so nicely today?” to which Park Hee Soon joked, “His face won’t show anyway.” Lee Byung Hun replied, “Still, I should act like I’ll appear on camera. You never know,” only for his face to remain pixelated throughout.
When some fans expressed disappointment, Lee Min Jung clarified in the comments: “Both the PDs and I, as well as the film team, wanted his face to be shown. But keeping my initial promise of ‘no face until 500,000 subscribers’ is important. Please enjoy seeing him on the big screen in No Other Choice.”
She also added playfully: “The closer we get to 500,000, the lighter the blur becomes. Once we pass it, the blur disappears. Will you join this game?”
Lee Min Jung and Lee Byung Hun married in 2013 and have one son and one daughter together.
