According to exclusive reports on September 4, Lee Hyori will make a special appearance in Yoo Jae-suk’s upcoming Netflix variety show Yoo Jae-suk Camp, which is scheduled to premiere next year.
Yoo Jae-suk Camp will see Yoo Jae-suk taking on the role of a camp host for the first time in his 34-year career, personally welcoming guests in a cozy, guesthouse-style setting. The show is helmed by producer Jung Hyo-min, who previously created the hit series Hyo-ri’s Homestay (2017–2018) and most recently Netflix’s The Devil’s Plan, cementing his reputation as a pioneer of the “guesthouse variety” format.
Lee Hyo-ri and Yoo Jae-suk have a long history as one of Korea’s most iconic variety duos. They first built their bond in the early 2000s through Happy Together (KBS2) and Family Outing (SBS), where their playful chemistry earned them the nickname “Nation’s Siblings.”
In 2020, the pair reunited on MBC’s Hangout With Yoo, where they co-led the project groups SSAK3 and Refund Sisters, achieving immense popularity and chart-topping success.
Now, fans are excited to see the duo together again—this time with Lee Hyo-ri bringing her “senior guesthouse host” expertise from Hyo-ri’s Homestay to Yoo Jae-suk’s new venture.
Alongside Yoo Jae-suk, actors Lee Kwang-soo and Byeon Woo-seok have been confirmed as camp staff. Known for his long-standing variety chemistry with Yoo Jae-suk on Running Man, Lee Kwang-soo is expected to deliver both laughter and heartfelt moments. Rising star Byeon Woo-seok will add freshness to the lineup.
PD Lee So-min teased additional cast members, promising “a blend of familiarity and novelty that will create delightful synergy.” Filming is set to begin between September and October once the casting lineup is finalized.
With Yoo Jae-suk at the helm, Lee Hyo-ri’s highly anticipated guest appearance, and a fresh cast of supporting members, Yoo Jae-suk Camp is already shaping up to be one of Netflix Korea’s most talked-about variety shows of 2025.
