On September 1, Baek Ji-young posted on social media, writing: “A late feed. #BTXGathering #SpotTheDifference We regularly check in on each other, cheer each other on, and share hilarious stories. This time, we met at the trendy hotspot Eulji Pocha, eating the kind of snacks the young folks enjoy.” She also uploaded photos from the meetup.
The pictures featured Baek Ji-young alongside Lee Seung-gi, Yoon Jong-shin, and K.Will. Drawing particular attention was Gummy, who announced in July that she is pregnant with her second child, five years after giving birth to her first. Her noticeably rounded belly stood out in the group shot.

At the time, it was reported that Gummy was around four to five months pregnant. Her agency commented: “Since she is still in the early stages of pregnancy, we ask for everyone’s warm blessings and support during this precious time.”
The group BTX was previously mentioned on KBS2’s Immortal Songs, where Yoon Jong-shin and Gummy explained its origins. According to them, BTX stands for “버틴 X들” (roughly translated as “Those Who’ve Endured”), referring to singers who have survived more than 20 years in the competitive music industry.
When asked who the “leader” of BTX was, Yoon Jong-shin answered: “It’s Baek Ji-young. Since I’ve been around over 20 years, I’m more like an advisor.” Gummy added that the members include Kim Bum-soo, K.Will, Lyn, Lee Seung-gi, and Daybreak’s Lee Won-suk, with Kyuhyun having recently joined. Yoon Jong-shin jokingly revealed that while the first hour or two is spent eating and catching up on music, the remaining 60% of the time is spent gossiping—especially about those who aren’t present.
