On August 31, Seoul’s Yongsan Police confirmed the arrest of a woman in her 40s, identified as “A,” for trespassing at Jungkook’s residence. She was caught in the singer’s apartment parking lot around 11:20 p.m. the previous day and apprehended on the spot.

This was not the first time Jungkook suffered such an intrusion. Back in June, a Chinese woman in her 30s was indicted after attempting to break into his home. In response to repeated privacy violations, Jungkook issued a stern warning during a live broadcast on September 1, saying, “I can see everything through CCTV at home. If you don’t want to end up at the police station, do not try to enter.”

The group completed military service obligations earlier this year, with Suga finishing his alternative service in June, allowing all seven members to focus on preparations for a full-group comeback in spring 2026.

However, individual activities and personal issues have dominated headlines. Suga donated 5 billion KRW to Severance Hospital to establish a medical treatment center under his name. Jin recently wrapped up his solo fan-con tour, while V made waves by throwing the first pitch at an LA Dodgers MLB game.

Meanwhile, Jimin faced dating rumors after a video with actress Song Da-eun resurfaced online. On August 31, BigHit Music clarified, “The artist and the individual (Song Da-eun) were once acquainted with mutual feelings in the past, but that was several years ago, and they are not currently in a romantic relationship.”

Despite these distractions, BTS remains focused on their grand return. Ahead of their new album release and large-scale world tour in spring 2026, the group will host BTS Movie Weeks, a global theater project screening their live performances in over 2,000 theaters across 65 regions from September 24 to October 5.
