Late at night on September 8, a topic titled, “Kim Chaewon copied Winter’s hair again. It’s disgusting” was published on the Korean forum Pann Nate, drawing significant attention with over 153,000 views and almost 300 comments as of the following day.
According to the author of the topic, aespa’s Winter recently revealed a platinum blonde hairstyle with blue streaks on it – and LE SSERAFIM’s Chaewon later appeared with a similar hairstyle.
However, according to Winter herself, this “hairstyle” was accidentally caused by her using purple shampoo after her hair color fades, only for the shampoo to leave blue streaks on her hair.
As a result, the author of the topic accused Chaewon of even copying Winter’s “accidental” hairstyle, causing previous accusations of Chaewon copying Winter to resurface.
