“The Frog” Go Min-si: I’m Grateful for the “Netflix’s Daughter” Title and Wants to Repay 

On August 21st, the press conference for Netflix’s “The Frog” was held at the Chosun Palace in Gangnam, Seoul. Actress Go Min-si, who left a strong impression in the show, expressed her gratitude for being nicknamed “Netflix’s Daughter,” stating that she wants to “repay by being dutiful.”

In an interview with *Sports Chosun* on the morning of August 26th at a café in Samcheong-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul, Go Min-si discussed her role in the Netflix series””The Frog”.

“The Frog” is a suspense thriller that tells the story of people whose peaceful lives are disrupted and thrown into chaos by a mysterious visitor in the middle of summer.

Go Min-si plays the character “Seong-ah,” a mysterious figure who obsessively clings to Young-ha (played by Kim Yoon-seok) and causes a major upheaval in his peaceful life.

When asked about the praise she received for perfectly portraying a character different from her previous roles, Go Min-si expressed her gratitude, saying, “I’m very thankful. ‘The Frog’ marks the end of my 20s and the beginning of my 30s, and I’m happy that so many people loved the show and that it received such a positive response.”

After being chosen again by Netflix following her role in the “Sweet Home” series, Go Min-si humorously stated that she wants to repay the title “Netflix’s Daughter” by being a “dutiful daughter.” She added, “I’m happy when I can enjoy working on a project and achieve good results. If I get the chance to work with Netflix again, I want to work hard and actively as a dutiful daughter.”
