(G)I-DLE’s So-yeon, “Am I a female G-Dragon? I can never say that”
(G)I-DLE's Jeon So-yeon expressed her honest thoughts on being called "Female G-Dragon"
On July 9th, a video titled “Wine-terview” was posted on the YouTube channel of Kian84 with (G)I-DLE’s Jeon So-yeon and Mi-yeon as guests.
In this video, when Kian84 mentioned Jeon So-yeon being nicknamed “Female G-Dragon,” she humbly said, “You can’t say that. I would never say that.”
On producing hit songs such as “Tomboy,” “Nxde” and “Queen Card,” Jeon said, “Honestly, I’m like an office worker. I have to do it (writing songs) when I’m sitting down. I got into a slump not only when I can’t come up with the lyrics, but a slump all day long. If I keep writing, I’ll find one good song among them.”
Meanwhile, Jeon So-yeon appeared in a number of survival programs, including “Produce 101” and “Unpretty Rapstar 3,” but failed to win. Regarding this, Jeon So-yeon said, “I’ve met (G)I-DLE members after those, so I don’t have any regrets in my life.”
