A netizen shared an article about HYBE applying for a restriction on ADOR’s CEO Min Hee-jin’s viewing of the court records in the online community theqoo. It is known that HYBE’s application came five days after the court agreed on Min Hee-jin’s injunction to ban HYBE’s exercise of voting rights on May 30th.
According to the article, restrictions on one’s access to trial records can be applied when the records contain secrets of the party’s personal life and trade secrets.
