K-netizens React To HYBE Requesting Restriction On Min Hee-jin’s Viewing Of Court Records

Netizens laugh at HYBE’s request to restrict Min Hee-jin’s access to the court records with Kakaotalk messages

A netizen shared an article about HYBE applying for a restriction on ADOR’s CEO Min Hee-jin’s viewing of the court records in the online community theqoo. It is known that HYBE’s application came five days after the court agreed on Min Hee-jin’s injunction to ban HYBE’s exercise of voting rights on May 30th.

According to the article, restrictions on one’s access to trial records can be applied when the records contain secrets of the party’s personal life and trade secrets.

HYBE reportedly applied for a restriction as CEO Min Hee-jin and ADOR released screenshots of Kakaotalk messages of the shareholder contract signed between HYBE and CEO Min Hee-jin and personal conversations containing trade secrets.

However, many consider this incomprehensible as HYBE also disclosed Kakaotalk chat screenshots to the media during the dispute.

– Ah, HYBE ah, just stop all these

– Min Hee-jin is too nice to them. I hope she will leave there and set up her own company after the contract expires
