“I’ve been into aliens lately” BLACKPINK’s Jisoo shares her fascination with aliens

On May 20th, Jisoo posted several photos on her personal Instagram account with the caption “The weather is nice“, accompanied by an alien emoji.

The photos include selfies of Jisoo as well as scenic shots that appear to have been taken by her.

Jisoo also shared this post on her story, explaining the reason for the alien emoji by saying, “Regardless of the weather, I’ve been into aliens lately, so I included it.”

BLACKPINK, to which Jisoo belongs, debuted with their first single album “SQUARE ONE” in 2016 and signed an exclusive contract for group activities with YG Entertainment last year.

However, all the members failed to renew their individual contracts. Recently, Jisoo established her own label BLISSOO to continue her solo activities.

Jisoo has also been filming the movie adaptation of the web novel “Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint” by Sing Shong since last year. The cast includes actors Lee Min-ho, Ahn Hyo-seop, Chae Soo-bin, Shin Seung-ho and Nana, with Jisoo playing the role of Lee Ji-hye.

The movie “Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint” featuring Jisoo is currently in production.
