According to BizHankook and the real estate industry, Song Hye-kyo’s detached house in Hyundai Bala Town, Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul has been completed.
Song Hye-kyo has reportedly filed for building ownership with the Gangnam-gu Office.
The detached house consists of one basement level and two above-ground floors, with a total building area of 690㎡ (209 pyeong) and a land area of 581.6㎡ (176 pyeong).
Song Hye-kyo purchased the original detached house in 2015 for 9.15 billion won, demolished it and began constructing the new house in 2022. During the construction, she expanded the area by more than 60 pyeong and heightened the walls to ensure privacy.
Meanwhile, Song Hye-kyo chose the movie “Dark Nuns” (directed by Kwon Hyuk-jae) as her next project. “Dark Nuns”, the second story of the 2015 movie “The Priests” (directed by Jang Jae-hyun), tells the story of dark nuns who perform exorcism.
