“35 years old” 2PM Ok Taecyeon: “My parents take care of my money… They still give me allowance”

Actor – 2PM member Ok Taecyeon revealed that he has not become financially independent yet.

On March 19th, @star1 released the pictorial and interview with Ok Taecyeon, who graced the April issue’s cover.

In this pictorial, Ok Taecyeon drew praise from the staff by exuding a variety of charms that go back and forth between chic and sweet.

In the past, Ok Taecyeon said in many interviews that he received pocket money from his parents until his early 30s.

At the time, he shared, “I’m not the type of person who spends a lot of money. I mostly use it for food. I have much pocket money, so I’m living a prosperous life.”

Ok Taecyeon laughingly said, “(Even now) my parents own the economic power, so they’re managing my money. I’m 35 years old, but they still give me allowance.”

Ok Taecyeon, who is known as a “representative heavy drinker in the entertainment industry”, also revealed his alcohol consumption.

He confessed, “The rumor seems to have been spread wrong. I don’t drink that much. One and a half to two bottles of soju. In the past, quantity was important, but these days, I’m serious about the taste of alcohol.”

Meanwhile, Ok Taecyeon is in the midst of filming OCN’s “Blind“, which is scheduled to air in June this year.

“Blind” is a mystery thriller and social accusation drama about finding criminals. Ok Taecyeon plays Ryu Sung-joon, a detective in the violent crimes section.

Ok Taecyeon said, “He’s a character whose actions speak louder than words. I’m planning to come back with a serious and heavy work, so please look forward to it.”
