After only 3 years of debut, BVNDIT members decided to part ways.
BVNDIT, the girl group under MNH Entertainment, Chungha’s agency, has delivered disappointing news to the fans after debuting 3 years ago and making a name for themselves with various songs. Fans are expressing their regret at the sudden news.
On November 11th, MNH Entertainment announced, “After in-depth discussions with the members of BVNDIT, we have decided to terminate the exclusive contract with BVNDIT in October 2022.”
The agency continued, “BVNDIT members have decided to support each other in their new beginnings. We also want to support the future of the members. Thank you once again for the great support you have given BVNDIT.”
Finally, the agency added, “Please continue to give encouragement and support to the members of BANDIT who are about to make a new start.”
BVNDIT is best known as Chungha’s younger sister group. Consisting of 5 members namely Lee Yeon, Song Hee, Jung Woo, Si Myung, and Seung Eun, BVNDIT debuted in April 2019 and released various songs such as “Hocus Focus”, “Dramatic”, “Dumb”, “JUNGLE”, and “Come and Get It”.
BVNDIT fans are saddened by the sudden disbandment news, showing reactions such as “There were many good BVNDIT songs I was listening to secretly” and “I enjoyed their songs. Such a shame”.
