The collaboration of BLACKPINK’s Jennie and Zico is approaching closer, with a snippet of their song being revealed.
On the morning of April 18, famous rapper Zico dropped a video of the rehearsal for his upcoming release – a collaboration with BLACKPINK’s Jennie. In the 20-second video, Jennie sang a short part of the song, immediately drawing massive attention.
Although it’s just a short line, Jennie has stirred up more excitement than ever among netizens with her classy and captivating voice. From the lyrics, melody to the delivery, everything Jennie teased has fans affirming that this song will soon be a hit when released. Moreover, Jennie’s expressions in the clip have kept fans endlessly curious about her special appearance in Zico’s MV. On the other hand, Korean media outlets previously reported on April 4 that Jennie would collaborate with Zico in the song “Spot!”, which will be released on April 26.
Notable, Jennie will reportedly appear in the “Spot” MV as a show of support for the 10th anniversary of Zico’s debut. Media site TenAsia also added that when Zico proposed this collaboration to Jennie, she readily accepted, proving their close friendship.
