As BLACKPINK members went on individual paths after the State Banquet at Buckingham Palace, uncertainties emerged regarding the group’s contract renewal.
After receiving the Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) honor on November 22, the first time for a K-pop group, BLACKPINK has been making different moves, fueling various speculations about whether or not they will renew their contracts.
In particular, the group first headed to the UK to attend a State Banquet held by King Charles III as a guest, and was honored for their various achievements and contributions as ambassadors for the 26th UN Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP26).
After this event concluded, all members except for Lisa returned to Korea, while Lisa is reported to have traveled to Paris to enjoy her free time.
On November 29, social media revealed that Lisa attended the UEFA Champions League match between Paris Saint-Germain and Newcastle United held at Parc des Princes in Paris on the 28th (local time).
It is known that Frederic Arnault, the fourth son of LVMH Chairman Bernard Arnault and CEO of luxury watch brand TAG Heuer, was also spotted in the stadium. Although there were rumors of a relationship between Lisa and Frederic, it is reported that they did not watch the game together.

While G-Dragon and Taeyang, whose exclusive contracts have expired, disappeared from the artist section, BLACKPINK’s group and member profiles are still present, raising expectations for a contract renewal.
