Unedited images of Apink Chorong are drawing controversies on a Korean forum due to “disastrous makeup”
According to My Daily on July 13th, a post titled “The controversial current visuals of Park Chorong, Apink” was published on the Korean forum Pann Nate. The post, which attached unedited photos of Apink Chorong, has since attracted 55,000 interactions and hundreds of thousands of views, posing the question “What has happened to her appearance?”
According to fans, the photos were taken at bad angles and under poor lighting. In addition, the horrendous makeup style seems to have severely downgraded the visuals of Apink Chorong and makes her look way older than her age.

This is also not the first time Apink’s stylists receive criticisms from netizens. Previously in May, the girl group also drew attention for having been dressed in messy and unfashionable outfits.
At the moment, Apink members Chorong and Yoon Bomi are promoting as the group’s first subunit Chobom.
Park Chorong, born in 1991, is the leader of Kpop girl group Apink, which debuted back in 2011. At first, Apink promoted with a 7-member lineup, but members Yookyung and Naeun have announced their departure from the group.
Back in April, Chorong spoke up to comfort fans about Naeun’s leaving, saying: “There’s no words that I can use to sooth Panda (fandom of Apink). I have rewritten this for numerous times, and I regret to say this after much consideration. I’d like to apologize to Panda, who must have felt extremely surprised and hurted.”
