Singer Zion.T, who is publicly dating TWICE’s Chaeyoung, recently shared candid thoughts about eating habits and body image comments during his appearance on the YouTube show Kim Na Young’s NoFilterTV.
The episode, titled “Zion.T on NoFilter…? A Real Talk Full of Surprises,” aired on October 26 and featured Zion.T revealing his daily routine and personal thoughts in a rare, relaxed setting.
Talking about his typical day, Zion.T explained, “When I wake up, there are usually a few things to take care of. I spend about two to three hours dealing with them before heading out to my studio or moving between places. If I finish early, I just go home.”
In addition to his music career, Zion.T is also active as the CEO of Standard Friends. “I manage the company. When the staff is in the office, I stay there. If not, I go home. It’s pretty flexible,” he said.
When asked about his eating habits, he shared, “I usually eat two meals a day. One proper meal, and then the other is about half or one full meal depending on the day.” He added with amusement, “People who eat three meals a day are fascinating. How do they manage that?”

Host Kim Na Young jokingly warned, “You might want to be careful with that comment some people might take it the wrong way.” In response, Zion.T said, “I get judged about my body too. People always say I’m too skinny. Can’t I say things too?”
He also offered a light-hearted tip for staying slim: “Just have a high basal metabolic rate.”
Zion.T’s appearance drew attention not only for his honesty but also because of his ongoing relationship with TWICE’s Chaeyoung. The couple confirmed their relationship in April last year, with a notable age gap of 10 years between them. According to reports, the two met through mutual acquaintances and have been dating since.
As always, Zion.T’s dry humor, offbeat charm, and unfiltered openness continue to set him apart in the K-pop scene on stage and off.
