Once hailed as the ultimate teenage heartthrob, Zac Efron’s appearance today has left fans stunned, with many lamenting how drastically his looks have changed.
For those who grew up watching Disney Channel, Zac Efron was the global “dream crush.” His breakout role as Troy Bolton in High School Musical (2006–2008) catapulted him into worldwide stardom, making him the face of teen romance and an icon for an entire generation. With his striking blue eyes, charming smile, athletic build, and undeniable charisma, he was considered the perfect boyfriend figure of the 2000s.
Behind the clean-cut image, however, Zac struggled. Reports once revealed that during his teenage years he had questionable hygiene habits, preferring quick wipes instead of showers despite being active in sports.
