In particular, Yoona first opened up by describing “King the Land” as a work that brought her joy on the set and helped her grow one step further.

“In the past, I set out ‘global Netflix No.1’ as a bucket-list goal for ‘King the Land’, and I was genuinely surprised and grateful that my wish actually came true. I was delighted that many people loved it”, the singer-actress added.

Yoona also expressed heartfelt gratitude for the love she received, saying that she truly felt the popularity of “King the Land” when people called her “Cheon Sa Rang” – her character in the show, instead of her name.

“I was happy to know that many people loved it. I sincerely thank the viewers who watched the show with affection and enjoyed it”, she further said.

At the same time, Yoona revealed affection for her character, stating, “Playing a hotelier, I thought and paid attention to show you a good balance of professionalism, romance, and comedy aspects of the character.”

“In episode 10, the scene at the Thai fountain was beautiful, like a scene from a movie. Since it was a scene where even the costumes were well thought out and carefully arranged, I’m satisfied that it turned out well”, she also mentioned.
