Yoon Eun-hye heated up “Great Seoul Invasion” competition by performing a collaboration stage with W24 band
“Global K-band” W24 performed a collaboration stage with Yoon Eun-hye.
W24 (Kim Yun-soo, Kim Jong-gil, Jung Ho-won, and Park A-ron) appeared on Mnet’s “Great Seoul Invasion”, which aired on September 14th.
On the broadcast, round 8, the final round that boasts the hardest level, was carried out. W24 picked OWALLOIL as the band they wanted to compete with, increasing the tension of the show.
In the genre collaboration mission, everyone was very surprised when Yoon Eun-hye was revealed as the artist who would perform with W24. W24’s Park A-ron explained, “While considering which artist can understand our music color more than anyone else and give off great energy, we suddenly think of Yoon Eun-hye sunbaenim.”
Yoon Eun-hye showed her passion by having video calls with the members and even visited their practice room in person to match their vocal and choreography performances together, heralding the best collaboration. Yoon Eun-hye loved the revised version of W24’s song “Over the Rainbow” as soon as she heard it. “I wish we can show our crazy side”, she said and drew attention with her passionate aspect during practices.
In the final round – Round 8, Yoon Eun-hye succeeded in captivating the audience by doing the narration in the introduction part live. While W24 provided excitement with their cheerful band performance, Yoon Eun-hye added to the fun of watching and listening with her “real friend” vibe.
After the W24 and Yoon Eun-hye completed their performance of “Over the Rainbow”, Go Young-bae poured out compliments, saying “You showed the perfect chemistry of a collaboration. In terms of completeness, this is almost the best stage”. No Min-woo also praised, “I felt like getting a shot. The stage was really cool.”
A-ron shed tears after receiving the team leaders’ compliments. He touched everyone as he confessed, “Now I’m sure that I’m not going the wrong way and I will continue doing this in the future”.
Thanks to the collaboration stage with Yoon Eun-hye, W24 left a strong impression on the public. They will perform at “Great Seoul Invasion” concert tour, starting with the show to be held on October 1st at SK Olympic Handball Gymnasium, Seoul, and raise the heat once again.
