“Yeon Jin, knock it off”, Taeyeon’s “resignation letter” attracted netizens’ attention

On March 13th, on her Instagram story, Taeyeon wrote “Kim Tae Yeon” instead of “Park Yeon Jin” on the resignation letter that Park Yeon Jin (Lim Ji Yeon) submitted to the broadcasting station in “The Glory”. Earlier on March 11th, Taeyeon posted a photo of herself copying Park Yeon Jin’s expression, saying, “Yeon Jin, knock it off.

Netizens who saw the photo of Taeyeon’s resignation letter left comments on Twitter and online communities, such as “I guess she’s really immersed“, “She looks like Park Yeon Jin“, “Going to work every day like Park Yeon Jin“, and so on.

Meanwhile, Taeyeon plans to release her 5th mini album in April. She will also participate in a joint concert scheduled in the Philippines on April 11th with aespa, a junior group from the same agency.

In addition, according to SM Entertainment’s “SM 3.0” plan announced in February, Taeyeon will hold a concert following the group Red Velvet in the second quarter.

The latest concert Taeyeon did in Korea was “The UNSEEN” held in January 2020. If SM Entertainment goes ahead with Taeyeon’s concert in the second quarter of 2023, it will be her first concert in Korea after 3 years.
