World of Street Woman Fighter (WSWF) on Mnet is heading towards its grand finale after an intense semifinal episode that aired on July 15. Episode 8 brought high drama and emotional farewells as the remaining crews battled it out for the last ticket to the finals.

The semifinal featured a “Dance Film Mission” themed around “Woman,” with each crew contributing segments to create a complete film. AG SQUAD, BUMSUP, MOTIV, and OSAKA Ojo Gang each brought powerful messages and distinct performances.

AG SQUAD stood out with their commanding presence using chairs as props. BUMSUP emphasized their pioneering spirit, MOTIV challenged the concept of “Queen,” and OSAKA Ojo Gang spotlighted their irreplaceable center, Kyoka. The main segment of the film, determined by global audience voting, was awarded to OSAKA Ojo Gang.

The dance film also included sub-segments: BUMSUP took on the “Fallen Queen” concept, AG SQUAD delivered the vibrant “Neon Switch,” and MOTIV impressed with the “West Coast Groove” and a surprise hidden section. Judges unanimously named AG SQUAD as the Best Dance Crew, giving them an edge in the scoring.

With the additional points from both the global artist mission and the dance film, AG SQUAD was the first to secure a spot in the final. OSAKA Ojo Gang followed, leaving BUMSUP and MOTIV to fight for the last spot in a five-round elimination battle.

Judges Park Jin-young and Mike Song were joined by special judges Poppin’C, KITE, and Lia Kim. The battle saw tears, triumph, and heartbreak. MOTIV dominated the group round, but BUMSUP retaliated in round two with a dynamic duo performance by Honey J and Rihey, and Lip J’s solo win in round three. Despite this comeback, MOTIV claimed victory in rounds four and five, clinching the final ticket to the finale.

The moment was especially emotional for BUMSUP, whose members—many from the original Street Woman Fighter season—shared heartfelt words. Honey J said, “Just meeting these members made me happy,” while Aiki reflected, “We’re not comrades anymore, we’re family.”

AG SQUAD, MOTIV, and OSAKA Ojo Gang will now face off in the live finale airing on July 22, where only one crew will be crowned champion.

Meanwhile, Episode 8 of World of SWF maintained its No.1 spot among the 15–39 and 20–49 demographic ratings for the eighth consecutive week, according to AGB Nielsen. On TVING, it achieved a staggering 95% real-time viewership share, further solidifying its dominant popularity. It also topped the non-drama TV/OTT buzz rankings by Good Data Corporation for the seventh straight week.

The road to the throne continues, and only one queen crew will rise.
