What Lee Jae Wook Wants to Be if He Becomes an Idol Coincidentally Fits into Karina’s Role in aespa

On February 27, Dispatch set social media abuzz by dropping dating photos featuring aespa’s Karina and actor Lee Jae Wook. Dispatch spilled that their romance blossomed after they both attended Prada’s show during Milan Fashion Week back in January. 

Insiders revealed, “The two fell for each other at first sight. Their connection ignited the moment they met each other at the international fashion show.” 

Lee Jae Wook became a popular face to audiences through his role in the drama “Alchemy of Souls.” During a promotional event with the cast, they played a game where they had to choose between two options, notably including a question about “What role Jae Wook would take in an idol group?” The choices were “Charismatic Leader” or “Cute Maknae.”

While everyone else picked “Cute Maknae,” Jae Wook alone saw himself as the cool leader. And now, his girlfriend is also taking on a leadership role. Karina is the leader of aespa. 

Many find it intriguing the parallels between Jae Wook and Karina. Previously, the female idol described her ideal boyfriend as, “Dark-haired, with big hands and feet, over 180cm tall, handsome, and brave.” 

Interestingly enough, Lee Jae Wook stands tall at 187cm and has previously caught attention for his large hands in the drama “Extraordinary You.” He’s also loved for having a radiant smile.
