“What is that on Kim Chae-won’s arm… ” The reason why netizens were surprised by LE SSERAFIM’s group photos

The group photos of “HYBE’s first girl group” LE SSERAFIM were urgently modified due to netizens’ criticism.

On April 10th, LE SSERAFIM released group photos of Sakura, Kim Chae-won, Huh Yun-jin, Kazuha, Kim Ga-ram and Hong Eun-chae.

Shortly after the photos were released, netizens uploaded a post on the online community theqoo, pointing out that a part of the arm was cut off and the background mixed with a part of the body. They claimed, “These debut photos are too much.”

Afterwards, Source Music, LE SSERAFIM‘s agency, corrected the parts pointed out by netizens and re-uploaded the photos at 2 AM. Netizens left comments such as “Are the employees working overtime?” and “It’s the final level of Photoshop.”

LE SSERAFIM is the first girl group to be launched in cooperation between HYBE and Source Music and is scheduled to debut in May. The team name is an anagram of “IM FEARLESS“, which implies self-confidence and strong will to move forward without fear and without being swayed by the world’s gaze.
