“Running Man” is preparing a vacation special using ideas from the viewers.

On June 8th, the production team of SBS’s entertainment program “Running Man” posted on their official Instagram, saying “Vacation season is coming. Viewers who haven’t gone on vacation yet, please recommend a vacation schedule that you want ‘Running Man’ to enjoy on your behalf.”

They explained, “Things to eat and play are all OK”, adding “Ideas for teasing the members are also welcomed.” In addition, missions that can make the members get angry, such as “Yoo Jae-seok and Jeon So-min enjoying a dance party until they get tired” and “Grinding beans with a millstone to make cold soybean noodles”, were mentioned as examples.

Netizens who saw the notice left many witty comments, such as “The members taking a test for courage alone”, “Yoo Jae-seok, Jeon So-min, Yang Se-chan’s temple stay”, “Yang Se-chan making watermelon salad without tools”, etc. 

There were also comments mentioning members who already left the show. Some Internet users are looking forward to seeing Lee Kwang-soo on the show again in this vacation special as they suggested “Going to Lee Kwang-soo’s home to play games and order chicken noodles soups” and “a sudden attack on Lee Kwang-soo’s house”.

Fans are raising high expectations for new missions that “Running Man” will give the members in this summer vacation special episode. The last episode of “Running Man”, which aired on June 5th, was done under the theme “Stock investment genius”. On that broadcast, the members turned into investment talents, who returned after having their skills upgraded for a year, and held a global investment competition to discuss stocks and coins.
