Taiwanese actor Wang Zi and influencer Guo Guo are once again facing intense public scrutiny after new reports alleged that they are still seeing each other despite a court ruling related to their extramarital relationship.

According to Taiwanese media outlet CTwant, Guo Guo was recently spotted repeatedly entering and leaving Wang Zi’s residence at various hours of the day and night. On one occasion, she was reportedly seen bringing her child with her during a visit. Reports claim that after noticing paparazzi following her, Guo Guo wandered around the streets until late at night before eventually returning to Wang Zi’s home.

The latest development has drawn renewed criticism because Guo Guo has reportedly not yet finalized her divorce from actor Zack Fanchiang.

Earlier this year, Zack Fanchiang filed a lawsuit against Wang Zi and Guo Guo after accusing them of engaging in an affair behind his back. In May, the court reportedly concluded that the pair had maintained a relationship that exceeded the boundaries of ordinary friendship. As a result, both Wang Zi and Guo Guo were ordered to pay Zack Fanchiang NT$1 million each in compensation for emotional damages.

Many observers believed the scandal would mark the end of their relationship. However, recent reports suggest the two have continued to see one another despite the public backlash and legal consequences.

Following the publication of the latest photos and videos, Zack Fanchiang was reportedly seen outside the Shilin District Prosecutors Office looking visibly exhausted and distressed. When asked about the continuing relationship between his wife and his longtime friend, the actor responded briefly: “I don’t think it’s appropriate for me to say anything more right now.”

Meanwhile, Wang Zi’s agency declined to comment, stating that the matter concerns the actor’s personal life and falls outside the company’s authority.

The controversy first exploded in November 2025 when Zack Fanchiang publicly accused Wang Zi of having an affair with his wife. Through a lengthy Instagram video, Zack Fanchiang detailed how he became suspicious after noticing changes in his marriage. He claimed his concerns intensified after Guo Guo and Wang Zi traveled to the United States for work in early 2025.

According to Zack Fanchiang, after returning to Taiwan in March, Guo Guo allegedly avoided returning home and significantly reduced communication with him for more than three months. He later hired a private investigator, who reportedly uncovered evidence of the relationship. The scandal escalated further when alleged private photos of Wang Zi and Guo Guo were leaked online in November 2025. The images spread rapidly across social media and fueled public criticism of the pair.

Once known as one of Taiwan’s most popular idols, Wang Zi rose to fame as a member of the music group Lollipop before building a successful acting career. He became widely recognized through dramas such as They Kiss Again and The Magicians of Love, earning a large fanbase throughout Asia.

However, the affair scandal, combined with separate allegations related to military service evasion, severely damaged his public image. Several broadcasters and production companies reportedly suspended projects involving the actor, and Wang Zi subsequently announced an indefinite hiatus from entertainment activities
