Viewers Doubt Family Programs Due To Cast’s Controversies: From Kang Kyung-joon’s Affair To Choi Min-hwan’s Divorce
Following the success of “Dad! Where Are We Going?” in 2013, many family entertainment programs allowing viewers to see the daily lives of star families and the growth of celebrities’ children were produced. Many stars did benefit from such family programs. However, the good impression of those happy celebrity families has recently been ruined by controversies.

Actor Kang Kyung-joon was recently sued for having an affair with a married woman. Kang Kyung-joon married actress Jang Shin-young in 2018 and has two sons. In the case of S.E.S’s Shoo, she married former basketball player Lim Hyo-sung in 2010 and has one son and two daughters. F.T. Island’s Choi Min-hwan and LABOUM’s Yulhee, who showed their married lives with three children through KBS’s “Mr. House Husband”, recently announced their divorce. The fact that Choi Min-hwan took custody of the three kids also caused various speculations to arise.
